Red Boost Juice
The classic ABC- juice is the right thing when flu season is around the corner. Luckily, that isn’t the case 365 days a year. So, occasionally juices are allowed to contain ingredients that are already delicious on their own. Ingredients that are not only carrots and beetroots. Or carrots and sellery. Or carrots, sellery and beetroot.
Here is a healthy and simple recipe for a red boost juice that will fill up your energy reserves and will leave you with a wide smile on your face.
Grapes, peaches, beetroot and just a tiny dash of ginger is all it takes.
This juice recipe requires very little equipment:
- Juicer (affiliate link)
- Or a high-speed blender such as Omniblend Blender and a nut milk bag for straining (affiliate link)
