Red Boost Juice

Here is a healthy and simple recipe for a red boost juice that will fill up your energy reserves and will leave you with a wide smile on your face. Grapes, peaches, beetroot and just a tiny dash of ginger is all it takes.

Ingredients

  • ½ beetroot no need to peel or cook
  • 1 handful of green grapes
  • 1 very ripe peach
  • cup water
  • 1 pinch of ground ginger

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients except the ginger in a juicer* and juice. Add ground ginger into the jar and stir until dissolved.
  • Chill before serving. Best enjoyed immediately.

Notes

*If you don't have a juicer, you can also place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for about 60 seconds. Strain using a nut milk bag and enjoy.
