Ottolenghi Tomato Pomegranate Antioxidants Salad
Ingredients
- 5 large tomatoes (or equivalent in smaller tomatoes such as cherry)
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 avocado pitted and diced
- 1/2 cup pomegranate kernels
- 3 tbsp pomegranate molasse
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup balsamic reduction*
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and avocado.
- Top with balsamic reduction and sesame seeds and enjoy!
