Milk Substitutes: The Best Vegan Dairy-Free Milk Options

Honestly, before I (involuntarily at first) went vegan, I could not believe a life without cow’s milk was even possible. Seven years later, I’ve come a lot further and dare to say that a life with cow’s milk is nothing to aim for anyways.

Nonetheless, cow’s milk is considered a staple in many non-vegans diets. So, here is to all the people looking to ditch dairy for good and the plant- based folks looking for some inspiration as to what to pour on their cereal, into their tea and coffee or to enjoy straight from the blender.

There’s so many choices for those avoiding cow’s milk that I’ll keep updating this post frequently. I believe I’ve tried every non-dairy milk out there, but I didn’t fall in love with each and everyone. That’s why I keep modifying recipes a little for those I’m not a big fan of.
