Ingredients

  • 1 ripe, frozen banana torn into chunks
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp almond butter sub: cashew butter
  • ¾ cup quinoa milk
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seed

Instructions

  • Add frozen banana, blueberries, almond butter, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, and quinoa milk to a high-speed blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.

  • If it has trouble blending or you prefer your smoothie less creamy, add a bit more quinoa milk. 

  • Top with more chia seeds and enjoy! Leftovers keep in the fridge up to 2 days, though best when enjoyed fresh.
