Blueberry Quinoa Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe, frozen banana torn into chunks
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp almond butter sub: cashew butter
- ¾ cup quinoa milk
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chia seed
Instructions
- Add frozen banana, blueberries, almond butter, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, and quinoa milk to a high-speed blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- If it has trouble blending or you prefer your smoothie less creamy, add a bit more quinoa milk.
- Top with more chia seeds and enjoy! Leftovers keep in the fridge up to 2 days, though best when enjoyed fresh.
