Blueberry Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- ⅓ cup desiccated coconut plus more for coating (optional)
Instructions
- Add oats, blueberries and cashew butter to a food processor, mix until combined: Gently add the coconut and stir to loosely combine.
- Using and ice-cream scoop or two teaspoons and your hands form into balls. Roll in some more coconut if desired.
