1cuprolled oats
1cupfrozen blueberries
1tbspcashew butter
⅓cupdesiccated coconutplus more for coating (optional)
Instructions
Add oats, blueberries and cashew butter to a food processor, mix until combined: Gently add the coconut and stir to loosely combine.
