Free Weekly Meal Plans – How to Meal Prep Successfully

All beginnings are difficult. But don’t worry. My fail-proof weekly meal plans are vegan of course and easy to follow. You don’t need a bunch of fancy ingredients or hours to prep the dishes. Plus you don’t have to eat the exact dish twice (unless you want to). Instead your preps can be used up creatively and in a way little to no food waste remains.

High-end kitchen equipment is barely necessary but it does make life a lot easier and meal prepping more fun. Take a look into my kitchen and decide for yourself.

Why meal prepping makes life easier

Apart from the obvious like saving thousands of dollars a year, knowing what you eat and always having a vegan option, which pleases your taste buds, at hand vegan meal prepping is environmentally friendly because it reduces food waste and might even inspire your co-workers to try that vegan food that “misses protein”, “misses taste” and “is plain and boring”-
