Add the oats, pepitas and spices to food processor and pulse until a fine meal is achieved.
To the food processor, add the drained and rinsed black beans, tomato paste, lime juice and flour and blend until all ingredients are incorporated scraping down the sides as needed.
Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Remove mixture from food processor and roll into balls. I like to use an ice-cream scoop to do so.
Place falafel balls on parchment paper and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
