Ingredients
For the Salad
1smallhead red cabbageshredded

1bunchfresh chivesfinely chopped

For the Dressing
½cupvegan mayonnaise
2tbspmaple syrup
1½tbsplemon juice
1tsbpapple cider vinegar
½tspground black pepper
¼tspfine sea salt
Instructions
Place all the salad ingredients into a large bowl and toss to combine.
In a small bowl whisk mayonnaise, maple syrup, lemon juice, vinegar, pepper and salt until smooth and creamy.
Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
