grated

rolled oats
use gluten-free if necessary

warm water

ripe banana

shredded coconut

vanilla extract

lemon juice

grated lemon peel
use un-waxed organic lemon

Instructions
Add warm water, banana, shredded coconuts and lemon peel and salt into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Put rolled oats and grated zucchini into a bowl and add blender mixture.
Microwave on medium watt for about 3 minutes. You want the typical porridge texture. Let it sit for 2 minutes. Then stir in the lemon juice.
Add any toppings you like such as fresh fruit and enjoy!
