Carroats - Carrot Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

rolled oats
use gluten-free if necessary

cup
carrot
finely grated

tsp
ground cinnamon
½
tsp
ground ginger
½
tsp
ground cloves

tsp
turmeric
optional
Wet ingredients
1
tbsp
vanilla extract
1
cup
unsweetened almond milk
Suggested toppings (optional)

raisons or other dried fruit

tbsp
walnuts
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl or in a mason jar and shake with the lid on.
Add wet ingredients and mix or shake again.
Place in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 2 hours or over night.
